Gorillaz Feat. Snoop Dogg – Welcome To The World Of The Plastic Beach

I must say, I’m kind of looking forward to hearing this new album by the Gorillaz titled, “Plastic Beach” (To Be Released: March 9, 2010). The Gorillaz continue their trend of constantly expanding their group of collaborators, with Damon Albarn bringing in a powerful roster of musical contributors to the new album, which includes Snoop Dogg, Bobby Womack, Lou Reed, Mos Def, Super Furry Animals’ Gruff Rhys, Little Dragon, The Lebanese National Orchestra for Oriental Arabic Music, and many more. In the past, they’ve worked with artists such as, Danger Mouse, Blondie’s Debbie Harry, De La Soul and singer Martina Topley-Bird. To read more, click here.
